Return Policy

At Proudly Studio, each t-shirt and tank is made to order just for you. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

We kindly ask you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

✅ We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects

  • The wrong design, size, or item was received

  • There was a significant printing or quality issue

To report a problem, please contact us at proudly@proudlystudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size or fit ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses

Packages returned due to wrong or insufficient addresses will not be eligible for refunds. A reshipment may be possible at the customer's expense once a correct address is provided.

⚠️ Important:

Returned items without prior approval will be donated or disposed of, and are not eligible for a refund.

We believe in intentional fashion — made with purpose, not excess.
